Any unused, unwashed Biddlebee product purchased from biddlebee.com can be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Please note that unless the issue is the result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within three (3) business days.
There are NO RETURNS for any of our Customized Items, unless the item is defective or there was an error made on our part in the customization.

I reached out via email to the company when my kiddo broke his brothers water bottle cap due to throwing it in the air. I was trying to find out if it was possible to buy just the cap on its own. Instead of simply answering my question, they went above and beyond by sending me 2 new caps in the mail....for free!!! They in no way needed to do this, but having bought 3 other bottles from them besides the one for my son, they have definitely made me a life long customer, and referrer!! Buy their products! Not only do they have cute items, but they have great customer service as well ☺️

Who is going to complain! My wife takes the grand kids to an amusement park that offers free water fills. Each kid has a bottle and it makes it easy and cheap for everyone to stay wet. Each kid has customized their bottle with stickers. Great purchase--we are very happy.
