We appreciate your order. We will pack and ship your order out of our factory in Ohio within 2 business days of the date of the order. Shipments in the United States generally take 3-5 business days to arrive to your doorstep after they are shipped.

Returns Policy

Any unused, unwashed Biddlebee product purchased from biddlebee.com can be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Please note that unless the issue is the result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within three (3) business days.

There are NO RETURNS for any of our Customized Items, unless the item is defective or there was an error made on our part in the customization.

To return an unused, unwashed Biddlebee product, please send an email with your order number to: info@biddlebee.com One of our customer service representatives will provide you with a shipping address and further instructions for the return.

If you have a defective/damaged item, please reach out to info@biddlebee.com with your order number and a picture of the damage and we will happily replace your item free of charge.
