All orders are packed and shipped out of our factory in Ohio within 2 business days of the date of the order. Shipments in the United States generally take 3-5 business days to arrive to your doorstep after they are shipped.

At Biddlebee, our goal is to make products that make you smile … and maybe even chuckle a bit.  That is why we offer a Lifetime Happiness Guarantee to make sure that your Biddlebee tumbler or bottle stays in good shape to keep you smiling for years to come! Our only request is that you treat your tumbler or bottle with lots of love and follow our directions on how to take care of it!  Try not to drop it down 3 flights of stairs, run over it with your car, or let your dog use it as a chew toy – our products are pretty amazing, but they weren’t designed to be mistreated.
