How long does the tumbler keep drinks cold? What about hot drinks?

All Biddlebee tumblers — the 30oz Signature, the 20oz tumbler, and the Biddy Brew — keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 2 hours. This is the result of double-wall vacuum insulation across the entire range. Actual performance depends on starting temperature, ambient conditions, and how often the lid is opened.



What is the interior of Biddlebee tumblers made from?

All Biddlebee tumblers — the 30oz Signature, the 20oz tumbler, and the Biddy Brew — are fully stainless steel construction, interior and exterior. 18/8 food-grade stainless steel throughout. No coatings, no linings — just high-quality stainless that is BPA-free, non-toxic, and built for daily use. Hand wash is recommended to protect the vacuum seal and exterior finish over time.



Does the tumbler fit in a standard car cupholder?

Yes. The Signature Collection 30oz tumbler is designed to fit standard car cupholders. The silicone boot accessory provides additional grip and a slightly slimmer profile if needed.



What is the raised textured print made from? Will it wear off?

The raised textured print is applied using a durable coating process designed to hold up to daily use. It is not a decal or sticker — it is part of the surface of the tumbler. With proper hand washing, the print is designed to last. Avoid abrasive scrubbers on the exterior.



What sizes are available?

Biddlebee currently offers three tumbler sizes. The 30oz Signature Tumbler is the flagship — big enough for a full morning, fits standard car cupholders, manageable one-handed. The 20oz Tumbler is the same double-wall vacuum insulated stainless steel construction in a smaller footprint — includes a straw lid and a Hive Charm, no silicone boot. The Biddy
Brew is also 20oz with the same stainless steel construction but comes as a complete set: slider coffee lid, silicone boot, and a handle — ideal for hot drinks on the go. A Hive Charm is included as standard.



Is the tumbler dishwasher safe?

Hand wash is strongly recommended for all
Biddlebee tumblers — the 30oz Signature, 20oz, and Biddy Brew. High heat and harsh dishwasher detergents degrade the vacuum seal over time, which reduces insulation performance. The exterior finish and any printed design can also be affected by repeated dishwasher cycles. Hand washing takes thirty seconds. The tumbler lasts for years.



Is it microwave safe?

No. None of the Biddlebee tumblers — 30oz Signature, 20oz, or Biddy Brew — are microwave safe. Stainless steel construction is not compatible with microwave use. To reheat a drink, transfer it to a microwave-safe mug first.



What materials are used in Biddlebee tumblers?

All Biddlebee tumblers are constructed from 18/8 food-grade stainless steel — interior and exterior — with a powder-coated exterior finish, BPA-free lid components with gold-tone hardware, and a gold enamel Hive Charm included as standard. The stainless steel interior is the same construction across the 30oz Signature, 20oz tumbler, and the Biddy Brew.



Is the tumbler BPA-free?

Yes. All Biddlebee tumblers are BPA-free. The 18/8 food-grade stainless steel body and all lid components contain no BPA.



How do I clean my tumbler and charm properly?

Tumbler body (all sizes): hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap. Use a soft bottle brush for the interior. Rinse thoroughly and air dry with the lid off. For any stubborn residue on the stainless steel interior, warm water and a small amount of baking soda left for 30 minutes then rinsed works well.

Biddy Brew slider lid: top-rack dishwasher safe.

Straw lid (30oz and 20oz): top-rack dishwasher safe.

Charm: wipe with a soft damp cloth. Do not submerge. Polish with a soft jewelry cloth.

What is the wine tumbler 2-pack? Why is it sold as a pair?

The Biddlebee wine tumbler 2-pack is a set of two insulated stemless wine glasses. They are sold as a pair because that is how wine actually gets consumed — with someone else. Book club, the porch, Tuesday evening after the kids are down. A single wine tumbleris a practical purchase. A matched pair is an experience.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping then takes 5–7 business days to arrive. Expedited options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Carriers vary by location — Biddlebee ships via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders shipped within the continental United States. Because the threshold changes with seasonal promotions, the current qualifying amount is always shown at checkout and in the announcement bar at the top of biddlebee.com. When your order qualifies, it is applied automatically. No code needed.

Do you ship internationally

At this time, Biddlebee ships within all 50 United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not currently ship outside the United States. Standard delivery windows may be longer for Hawaii and Alaska — allow 7–14 business days for standard shipping to those states. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders within 1–2 business days and often begin processing within hours of placement. Email info@biddlebee.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate changes before your order ships. Once it has shipped, changes are no longer possible — but our 30-day returns process is straightforward.

Where else can I buy Biddlebee?

Biddlebee is available at biddlebee.com, on Amazon, at Walmart.com, and in Walmart retail locations nationwide. biddlebee.com carries the full collection and all current seasonal charm drops.

My order says delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?

First, check with neighbors or building management — packages are occasionally left in unexpected spots. If the package is genuinely missing after 48 hours from the delivery notification, email info@biddlebee.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and work to make it right.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use that number on the carrier website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your shipment) to follow your package. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first — then email info@biddlebee.com.

Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift message option?

Gift wrapping is not currently available on biddlebee.com, but every Biddlebee order ships in premium packaging that presents beautifully on its own.

What is your return policy?

We want her to love it. If she does not, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition and in original packaging.



How do I start a return or exchange?

Email info@biddlebee.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address. Note: return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Can I exchange a colorway?

Yes. Email info@biddlebee.com within the 30-day return window with your order number and the colorway you would like instead. We will confirm availability and send return instructions. Once the original item is received, the exchange ships within 1–2 business days. Note: Biddlebee does not offer direct exchanges — she returns the original and we ship the new colorway separately.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email info@biddlebee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item. This is not the Biddlebee standard and we will fix it.

The charm was damaged or missing when my order arrived. What do I do?

Email info@biddlebee.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Every Biddlebee product ships with a charm — if yours did not arrive that way, or arrived damaged, we will send the correct charm immediately at no cost to you.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Allow 3–5 additional business days for it to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Can I return a tumbler purchased at Walmart or on Amazon?

Items purchased at Walmart in-store, Walmart.com, or Amazon should be returned through those retailers own return policies. We are unable to process returns for orders placed outside of biddlebee.com. For product quality issues regardless of where you purchased, please reach out to us — we want to make it right.
