01 — How It Works
Processing & delivery times
Every Biddlebee order is processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery windows begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Orders placed over the weekend or on a federal holiday are processed the next available business day.

02 — Free Shipping
When shipping is free
Free standard shipping is available on orders that meet the current threshold, shipped within the continental United States. The threshold is applied to the order subtotal after any discounts and before tax. Because the threshold changes with seasonal promotions, the qualifying amount is always shown at checkout and in the announcement bar at the top of biddlebee.com.
Free shipping is applied automatically — no code, no fiddling. When your order qualifies, it is just there.
Orders that do not meet the current free shipping threshold are charged standard shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

03 — Where We Ship
Shipping destinations
Biddlebee currently ships to all 50 United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Standard delivery windows may be longer for Hawaii and Alaska — expect 7–14 business days for standard shipping to these states.
International shipping: We do not currently ship outside the United States. Sign up for The Hive newsletter at biddlebee.com to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available. If you are outside the US and want Biddlebee, reach out to us at info@biddlebee.com.

04 — Carriers
Who delivers your order
Biddlebee ships via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and order details. The best available carrier for your delivery area is selected automatically. You will see the carrier name and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Once your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to the address on your order. Use it to follow your package on the carrier's website. We recommend checking your spam folder if you do not receive your shipping confirmation within 2 business days. Still nothing? Email info@biddlebee.com with your order number.

05 — Expedited Shipping
Need it faster?
Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Select your preferred delivery speed and the cost will be calculated based on your location and order weight.
Expedited orders placed on a business day ship the same or next business day depending on order time. Processing time (1–2 business days) still applies before the expedited delivery window begins — if you need it for a specific date, order early.
Planning a gift? Order at least 5 business days before the occasion to allow for processing and standard shipping. Need it sooner? Choose expedited at checkout.

06 — Holiday Shipping
Getting there in time for the holidays
Carrier networks get busy between Thanksgiving and Christmas. To make sure her tumbler arrives before December 25, here are the order deadlines we recommend:
•       Standard Shipping — order by 5 business days before December 25. Check the announcement bar at biddlebee.com each November for the exact date.
•       Expedited Shipping — order by 2 business days before December 25. Exact date updated each November.

07 — Order Changes
Changing or cancelling your order
We process orders quickly — often within hours of placement. If you need to change the shipping address, update an item, or cancel, email info@biddlebee.com as soon as possible with your order number.
We will do everything we can to accommodate changes before your order ships. Once it has been handed to a carrier, we are not able to modify the address or cancel the shipment. Please double-check your address at checkout.

08 — Something Went Wrong?
Lost packages, delays, and damaged orders
My order shows delivered but I have not received it: First, check with neighbors and building management — packages are occasionally left in unexpected spots. Also confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct. If the package is genuinely missing after 48 hours from the marked delivery time, email info@biddlebee.com with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation.

My order is significantly delayed: If your tracking has not updated in 5 or more business days, email info@biddlebee.com and we will look into it with the carrier.

My order arrived damaged: Email info@biddlebee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item. That is not the Biddlebee standard and we will fix it.

09 — Purchased at Walmart or Amazon?
Third-party orders
This shipping policy applies to orders placed directly at biddlebee.com. Orders placed at Walmart (in-store or online) or on Amazon are fulfilled and shipped by those retailers under their own shipping policies and timelines.
For any product quality issues — regardless of where you purchased — reach out to us at info@biddlebee.com. We stand behind every Biddlebee product wherever she bought it.

Returns
The Lifetime Happiness Guarantee
Manufacturing defects. Covered. Always.
Every Biddlebee product comes with the Lifetime Happiness Guarantee against manufacturing defects. If something fails because of how it was made — not how it was used — we will replace it.
What is not covered: Damage from dropping or impact, dishwasher use (which voids insulation performance — see care instructions), freezer use, abrasive scrubbers or chemical cleaners, normal surface wear like exterior scratches from daily use, and any damage that is clearly the result of misuse rather than a product defect.

10 — Returns
How returns work
We want her to love it. If she doesn't, returns are straightforward.

The 30-day return window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation. After 30 days, standard returns are no longer accepted — but the Lifetime Happiness Guarantee still applies to any genuine quality or defect issue, no matter when it surfaces.

Item condition: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. A tumbler she has been using daily for three weeks is not eligible for a standard return — that is what the Lifetime Happiness Guarantee is for. A tumbler she received and decided was not the right colorway is exactly what the return window is for.

Return shipping: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt — Biddlebee is not responsible for return packages lost in transit before they reach us.

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Allow 3–5 additional business days for it to appear on your statement.

Items that cannot be returned:
•       Items outside the 30-day return window (contact us — Lifetime Happiness Guarantee may apply)
•       Items that have been used
•       Items not in original packaging
•       Personalized items, unless there is a manufacturing defect
•       Items purchased at Walmart in-store, Walmart.com, or Amazon — please use those retailers' return policies

11 — Lifetime Happiness Guarantee
How to submit a defect claim
If your product has failed due to a manufacturing defect, email info@biddlebee.com with the following:
•       Where the product was purchased — biddlebee.com, Amazon, Walmart, or other
•       Your order number if purchased on biddlebee.com, or proof of purchase
•       A description of what failed, when you noticed it, and what the product was being used for
•       Clear photographs of the defect
•       Your shipping address for the replacement

We review every claim individually. Approved claims receive a replacement product at no cost. Claims that show clear signs of damage from dropping, dishwasher use, or misuse are not covered under the guarantee — but we will always tell you clearly which applies and why.

12 — Starting a Return
Here's how to begin
Email info@biddlebee.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond as quickly as possible with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions — unrequested returns sent to the wrong address may not be processable.

After we receive your return:
•       Inspection within 1–2 business days of receipt
•       Refund processed within 5–7 business days of approval
•       Refund confirmation email sent when issued
•       Allow 3–5 additional business days to appear on your statement

13 — Purchased at Walmart or Amazon?
Third-party returns
This returns policy applies to orders placed directly at biddlebee.com. If she purchased at Walmart in-store, Walmart.com, or Amazon, returns must be processed through those retailers' own return policies.
The Lifetime Happiness Guarantee, however, applies to every Biddlebee product — regardless of where it was purchased. If there is a quality or defect issue with a product bought anywhere, email info@biddlebee.com and we will make it right.
